The annual Pine Creek Winter Carnival is this Saturday (March 12). Don't miss out on all the fun!

The Cardboard Derby is a competition for the brave, the clever, and the bold! Design your cardboard derby car using ONLY cardboard and duct tape. Prove YOU are the Cardboard King or Queen!

Closed for the Season

The beautiful Spring weather has melted the snow from the bottom of the mountain. You win Mother Nature! Our only choice is to close for the season.

Winter Carnival

Come join us on Saturday, March 14th for the annual Pine Creek Winter Carnival! We have plenty of snow and the mountain is in great shape. The forecast for tomorrow calls for beautiful sunny skies and a high temperature in the 50s. Watch or join the races for medals and prizes. We promise fun for the whole family.

Events include:

  • Fun Race: ages 4-7
  • Ski Slalom: ages 6-17
  • GS Board Race: ages 6-17
  • Cardboard Race: all ages, $10 entry, $100 Prize
  • Ski Gelände: all ages
  • Board Gelände: all ages
  • King of the Hill: ages 10+
  • The final race will be a cardboard derby off the mountain!

Open This Friday!

It will be a White Christmas at Pine Creek this year. There is yet another foot of snow in the forecast:

After the weekend storm and the new snow tomorrow, this will surely be the best the mountain has looked on an opening day in 25 years!

Opening day is this Friday, December 26th. We will remain open every day over the holidays thru Sunday, January 4th. See you here at Pine Creek!

We are hosting our annual end-of-season party this weekend! We will have races, a skim pond, and a rail jam. There will be plenty of fun for all ages. Don't miss it!
